This machine is all stainless steel, protecting it from corrosion for decades.

The Breivik 424SS is a machine for heading with straight or oblique cut of  white fish, red fish and similar fish species.
Special construction: belly cleaning device with offal tray
The fish is taken from the storage bin and placed on the supply table with its head showing to the right and its belly toward the heading knife.
The head to be pulled over the heading rail until – when pushing the fish back – the pectoral fin moves under the heading rail and the fish is fixed in this position.

Fish sizes: white fish up to 25-80 cm total length / perchlike fish 30 – 65 cm total lenqth of fish.
Output: about 50 fish pr/min
